I found the location great, a very short walk to the beachfront. the room included complimentary water and a mini fridge. paula gave us a warm welcome. I really felt at home (that's always a bonus). the pay and display car park next door made parking easy.
the tea and coffee provided was just a tub of tea bags and instant coffee and a tub of sugar with no selections.

the welcome was warm and efficient, and the staff clearly explained all the house rules. i was pleased to find that every request was handled promptly. the staff made the place perfect.

I found a slight color coordination issue. The old net curtains didn't quite match the room.
