poor bar serviceunmanned bar
The bar service was quite poor. one evening, the barman refused service at 10:40 pm, even though staff had kept us waiting for ten minutes before. the bar was often unmanned. It was difficult to get a drink. this was disappointing, and no reply was received to my email of complaint, after a breakfast offer was declined

Fantastic Stay!

The room was very clean, tidy, and stylish. The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff was great. I especially appreciated the extra touches, like the herbal teas and bottled water.
Breakfast had limited options. I feel some more variety would make it even better.

The hotel's location offered the perfect balance. It was away from the immediate crowds, yet still within easy walking distance to most locations in the city center, made exploring convenient.

Although I did not partake in breakfast, the offerings looked and smelled AMAZING!!! The breakfast area was meticulously maintained, and the aroma of fresh pastries and coffee was good, made mealtimes inviting.

The staff was gentle and polite. They were always ready to assist with any request. I really felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their attentiveness contributed significantly to a nice and comfortable stay.

I appreciated the lovely decor and well kept facilities, including the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom. The green plants created a cozy atmosphere. The hotel also offered a cute complimentary drink on arrival.

comfortable bedgood-sized roomsewage smell
the location was very convenient with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed a slight smell of sewage in the mornings. this happened on two separate days. i wish this issue was addressed more effectively .

the rooms were clean and well decorated with sleek interiors. the hotel has a nice garden providing a beautiful space to relax. the free welcome drink and pasteis de nata were a lovely touch.

the staff was accommodating and communicative. they were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. they also gave great recommendations for local places to visit, which i appreciated.
