the hotel provided complimentary herbal teas, a detail i found particularly considerate. the room featured big bath towels replaced daily, much appreciated. i also liked the bottled water that was replenished regularly.
the bar manager's limited availability made obtaining drinks in the evening challenging.

I found the hotel clean. The rooms are equipped with a coffee machine, a detail I very much enjoyed. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions. I could easily walk to them.

The bar was a MAJOR issue. I wanted a drink at 10:40 PM on Saturday. The staff made me wait ten minutes only to refuse service because it was "too late. " The bar was frequently unmanned and getting a drink was difficult. It was infuriating. I did not get a reply after sending an email to the manager.

The bar service was quite poor. one evening, the barman refused service at 10:40 pm, even though staff had kept us waiting for ten minutes before. the bar was often unmanned. It was difficult to get a drink. this was disappointing, and no reply was received to my email of complaint, after a breakfast offer was declined

clean room stylish design attentive staff
The room was very clean, tidy, and stylish. The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff was great. I especially appreciated the extra touches, like the herbal teas and bottled water.
Breakfast had limited options. I feel some more variety would make it even better.

comfortable bed good-sized room
the location was very convenient with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
i noticed a slight smell of sewage in the mornings. this happened on two separate days. i wish this issue was addressed more effectively .
