beautiful balcony easy check-in comfortable bed
My room had a BEAUTIFUL balcony with city views. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. I found the bed comfortable and the room a good size. ABSOLUTELY great stay!
I noticed a small amount of mold on the bathroom wall.

perfect location beautiful views lovely staff
I found the location perfect. It was easy to reach many attractions. The views from the windows were beautiful. The staff was lovely.

The breakfast included bread, cheese, jam, and a type of sausage.. there were also apples available . A kitchen with a stove, kettle, toaster, and cups was accessible.

long neighbor stay single chair
The air conditioning worked alright.
The shared bathroom situation was a problem. My neighbor took forever, hogging the single toilet and shower. The shower faucet was adequate, but just barely. I really needed more than one chair in the room, too.

good location comfortable bed coffee facilities
The bathroom was a good size. I found the bed to be very comfortable. I also appreciated the facilities for making tea and coffee. The location was easy to find from the main station , a short walk up a very steep hill.
The pillows in the room were slightly uncomfortable.

the codes i needed to enter the building and my room worked without issue. the location was great , near many places i wanted to see. i found the staff were helpful answering my messages and dealing with my requests quickly.
the shower didn't always stay hot.
