adequate stay , some issues noted
shower cleaninglimited dstv
the lack of proper cleaning was apparent. i found the shower was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard . also , the limited dstv package and absence of smart tv features left me with few entertainment options in the room.

The size of the premier double room WAS great. The food was delicious. A gentleman was helpful. He was very informative from lunch, dinner times. He was also very hands on in everything.
the location is quiet. They seem stingy with drinking water. I requested additional bottles of water, the ones in the room were small. I got only ONE extra.

I was there for business. My room had tea and coffee service and a mini-fridge. It. The gym has good equipment. I ate at Balata multiple times and the roasted line fish was especially delicious. One night it was sea bass. Another night, it was kingclip.
I noticed the staff needs more training.
