Underwhelming Sunday Lunch Experience
long wait poor service
I booked a table for Sunday lunch and was told the kitchen was running behind. Drinks arrived quickly, but we waited nearly an hour for our food. My beef was far from rare, and my husband's medium-rare was fine. I complained, and they offered a new meal, but I had already eaten my vegetables. The service staff seemed young and lacked proper training (this created some issues).

The restaurant is TOP quality. The food prices are fair for the excellent quality. The staff are professional and friendly, they helped with luggage and took drink orders.
The bed was too firm, I found it difficult to get comfortable.

amazing stay!
spacious room comfortable bed super clean bathroom perfectly cooked duck
i had a lovely, spacious superior king room. the king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. the food was AMAZING!!! i particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked duck during dinner. the breakfast the next morning was also great. everything about this visit showcased what hospitality should be.
the only slight downside was the wait time for our sunday lunch, about 50 minutes. however, the restaurant was busy.

the staff was friendly and cute. they helped with luggage and were quick to take and deliver drink and food orders. their professionalism and attentiveness really made a difference.

comfortable room good facilities missing starters undercooked beef
The room was nice and neat, with good facilities. Staff members were helpful and attentive. Everything was very warm. The breakfast was lovely.
The kitchen forgot three starters when the meals came out. Family members were then eating separately, not good. Beef wasn't cooked as asked. It was more cooked than medium rare.

the room decor was beautiful. breakfast was great with amazing quality items. i received a lovely welcome and a staff member showed me to my room. the staff also took my breakfast order.
the restaurant chairs are low-backed causing back pain.

dated decor slow service
the hotel had easy to find car parking.
The room decor seemed a bit dated. also, the service was slow. I waited an eternity for someone to take my order at lunch, about 30 minutes, actually. honestly, i considered just leaving without any lunch at all.

Really good Attention to Detail
amazing bar great restaurant
The hotel appears recently renovated, displaying super clean conditions throughout. Attention to detail in the interior design is amazing. I noticed an amazing bar and a great restaurant. Service reached a level I had not seen in a long time.
I encountered a cold shower. I did not find a working method for making a hot drink. The television did not work for live programs. Staff did not know how to fix it.
