The staff were friendly and helpful . The food and service in the restaurant were great I particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast. The room I had was spacious and comfortable fitting well with the building's style.

The mattress was a little soft that is just my personal preference.

I enjoyed both breakfast and an evening meal at the hotel. The cooked breakfast was very good before departure. I also found the Hook Norton sausage to be quite tasty.

the room, a "double room private bathroom", was very clean. the staff were excellent, they were very cute and eager to help. the breakfast was amazing!!! food quality was high.

the church bells chimed all night, even at 4am, and played a tune. i could also hear doors rattling and banging, it woke me up multiple times well after the pub closed.

tracey and the team gave us a lovely welcome! she organised transportation to and from a local distillery. the locals were very friendly.

some other staff were less attentive. they forgot our breakfast order, and they did not offer hot drinks at breakfast. they generally seemed a bit miserable
