team work available parking
the staff was very friendly. i found them to work as a team. there was available parking (it made things easier).
i noticed the bar and restaurant closed quite early. the bar was listed as closing at 10.30 pm, but it closed at 8 pm (it felt too early). it should be possible to order food later than 6.30 pm.

friendly staff great food spacious room
The staff were friendly and helpful . The food and service in the restaurant were great I particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast. The room I had was spacious and comfortable fitting well with the building's style.
The mattress was a little soft that is just my personal preference.

The hotel provides parking which is convenient. There is a cozy fire burning in the bar creating a relaxing atmosphere. The pub atmosphere.

clean room high quality food church bells rattling door
the room, a "double room private bathroom", was very clean. the staff were excellent, they were very cute and eager to help. the breakfast was amazing!!! food quality was high.
the church bells chimed all night, even at 4am, and played a tune. i could also hear doors rattling and banging, it woke me up multiple times well after the pub closed.

lovely welcome local distillery friendly locals
tracey and the team gave us a lovely welcome! she organised transportation to and from a local distillery. the locals were very friendly.
some other staff were less attentive. they forgot our breakfast order, and they did not offer hot drinks at breakfast. they generally seemed a bit miserable
