i found the staff friendly. the breakfast had tasty welsh options. the location was perfect for exploring the local coastline (it's fine!).
the television signal was a bit weak at times, but i wasn't there to watch tv.

the room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. bottled water was provided free of charge. the shower was powerful and very refreshing (especially after a long walk).

I found the room decor to be very nice. The staff member named Darren was particularly helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. I greatly appreciated the spacious room, and the spa bath was a definite plus.

the room was tidy and clean. it had all the necessities, hairdryer, iron, fan, and information about the area and places to visit. the staff were very helpful and cute. the shower had lovely products to use. there was tea, biscuits, a coffee maker, and some water. breakfast was lovely!!!
i booked a single room. the room was so small, the bed had a mattress that was so soft it sunk in the middle. the bathroom had a slanting window that was permanently open because it was so high i couldn't reach it. the radiator was only luke warm so the room was freezing.
