fantastic stay with great service
friendly staff delicious dishes warm pool
the staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. i especially enjoyed the warm swimming pool and billiards. i also appreciated the tasty cookies and chocolate covered strawberries provided in my room.

the hotel is set upon a mountain with fine views of the valley. it is a bit away from the main town. the surroundings are quiet offering a peaceful retreat away from busy areas.

The staff provided excellent service. They were always quick to respond to requests. the room featured a comfortable bed and quality linens. the hotel grounds were immaculate, and the garden was pleasant.
the wifi signal was unreliable in some areas of the hotel! it often disconnected. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, with the same options offered daily. the gym was quite small and had limited equipment

warm welcome cozy bars really good food
the welcome from the staff was warm. the hotel's position just outside the city provides views. the bars and restaurants had a cozy atmosphere. the main restaurant offered really good food and attentive service. they ensured i had everything i needed.
the gym equipment showed some wear and could use updating

totally amazing experience!
lovely restaurant heated pool friendly staff
i just loved the restaurant, i thought it was lovely and there was such a great breakfast buffet. the facilities include a heated pool which i fully enjoyed and a game room so there is always something to do. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I noticed a very slight issue. The gym equipment seems a bit mediocre.

sanitizer absence missing towels
The staff was very friendly and professional.
The gym lacked hand sanitizer. This made cleaning equipment before or after use IMPOSSIBLE. There were also times when towels were unavailable. This needs immediate attention.

the hotel is surrounded by beautiful green mountains and fields. i found the amenities clean. the staff greeted me warmly and were helpful with my needs.
the tin roof outside my bathroom was noisy when it rained. i could hear every drop. the noise from the restaurant next door started early in the morning. it continued until late in the evening.
