Excellent Stay
spacious room walk-in wardrobe convenient location
I found the room quite spacious. The walk-in wardrobe provided nice storage. The toilet and bathroom had very good design and functionality. The location is also quite convenient with retail shops and restaurants available next door.
I found that the in-room phone often went unanswered when calling reception. I had to go down to report a leak affecting my luggage. The response to the leak lacked urgency.

The room had a good size. The kitchen was well equipped. Towelling robes were available for both of us.
The pool bar had no service. I even had to go to the lobby to place orders. This was a shame.

useless phone unhelpful staff
The in-room phone was quite useless. I tried calling several times but rarely got an answer. I had to go to the lobby for assistance. The staff member was not very helpful, and she blamed the lack of response on being busy with another guest, which I found disappointing. I think that a hotel with this reputation should provide better service.

beautiful view swimming pools
the room is spacious and beautiful i liked the amenities and bed it has a beautiful view of the ocean. the swimming pools are great for both adults and kids the surroundings has many cafes and nice shops.
i waited a good half an hour for check in they only have 3 counters and they cannot seem to manage many guests at one time.

I stayed for four nights. The room was spacious, neat, modern, and super clean. They provided good slippers, towels, and toiletries. I used the washing machine and dryer on the seventh floor, which I found very convenient.
When I asked for my room to be cleaned, bath salts were not replenished after my wife had used them. This was a minor inconvenience, but attention to detail is important.

wonderful stay, a few minor hiccups
convenient location spacious room helpful washer-dryer
I appreciated the location's convenience. gurney plaza is a short drive away. A beach walk is right across. i found two cafes and a small shop downstairs. the premier room was spacious, fitting my family well, and the washer-dryer was a great help!
The lack of water bottles in the suite was a surprise. I missed that complimentary touch. i also felt the breakfast fell short of a five-star experience. the check-in took a while with a limited number of counters open.
