I stayed for four nights. The room was spacious, neat, modern, and super clean. They provided good slippers, towels, and toiletries. I used the washing machine and dryer on the seventh floor, which I found very convenient.
When I asked for my room to be cleaned, bath salts were not replenished after my wife had used them. This was a minor inconvenience, but attention to detail is important.

I appreciated the location's convenience. gurney plaza is a short drive away. A beach walk is right across. i found two cafes and a small shop downstairs. the premier room was spacious, fitting my family well, and the washer-dryer was a great help!
The lack of water bottles in the suite was a surprise. I missed that complimentary touch. i also felt the breakfast fell short of a five-star experience. the check-in took a while with a limited number of counters open.
