fantastic stay!
infinity poolmassive roomsfriendly guard
the pool had a great view. the security guard at the entrance was helpful and friendly. the rooms were massive. i really enjoyed the nice infinity pool. it was a fantastic place for families.
the hotel had limited tv channels, and i couldn't access netflix.

the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful (mr muhammad tanvir and his colleagues were especially dedicated). i really appreciated their warm welcome and dedication to the guests at the restaurant.

the breakfast had a good variety of choices. i enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant staff was very attentive (always ready to help with a smile!). the quality was consistently high.

the accommodation was very clean. breakfast had a reasonable spread. the mountain view from my room was excellent. the pools are very clean, which i appreciate a lot.
the hotel is a bit dark at night, so the beautiful scenery is not easily visible.

the natural surroundings are very nice. limestone formations surround the hotel. it is set away from city noises, so one can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.

the room was very spacious (i was in a 3 bedroom beautiful suite lakeview). it had all necessary amenities. the lakeside setting created a serene and nothing noisy.
The indoor sport staff was often absent. i went there three times. The staff was nowhere to be found on each attempt. this delayed activities.
