The pools were lovely for swimming (i especially liked the family pool). the breakfast had a good variety of different national dishes. It catered for everyone, great.
the hotel looks a little dated, particularly the room furniture, but it was still well kept.

i found the staff at reception helpful. pundus and wind were particularly hospitable. breakfast was great , with a friendly and energetic crew including shaari and jalita. malar provided excellent dinner service , and umairah ensured a swift checkout. wind even assisted with my shangri-la circle app.
the hotel rooms was slightly dated and could benefit from some updates.

i stayed in an executive seaview room. it offered a great view of the sea and the pool. the rooms are kemas with pekerja who are cepat dan pantas in providing keperluan for my family.

the hotel is conveniently located. the hotel allows for walking distance to the night market. hawker stalls are nearby. it provides beachfront access , giving you nice views of the sea right from the room and balcony.

The pools were big and the lounge area accommodated families with children. The room I stayed in was spacious. There was also a good breakfast selection. I noticed a pitch and putt area for golfing.
The room was on the third floor, and it looked aged and needed some refurbishment. The balcony chair and railings were filled with birds droppings. This situation needs to be addressed.

Email inquiries received prompt replies from staff, specifically Daniel, Naza, Lily, and Fabio. Staff were attentive to clearing tables quickly during breakfast. They also demonstrated politeness to the guests. These points are quite appreciable.
