wonderful stay!
super clean room fresh towels friendly staff
I stayed in the superior double room. the room was super clean and fresh towels were provided (a very nice touch!). the breakfast was lovely with perfectly cooked eggs. the staff were very friendly.

spacious room helpful staff secure parking
I adored the hotel room. It was SO spacious. every detail was beautiful. The staff were helpful. the food was good. The salmon stood out. i liked the free off street parking. It felt very secure.
the breakfast options felt a LITTLE limited.

Mixed Experience with Noise Issues
loud music small towels
The noise levels were disruptive. Music continued past 1 AM despite stated hours. It also resumed early Sunday at 7 AM. The shower was lukewarm, and the towels provided were small.

friendly staff amazing drink really good food comfy bed
The staff were very friendly and helpful. drinks are amazing. they were reasonably priced. food was really good. the bed was very comfy. We slept like babies.
the kettle cable did not reach the table where the tea and coffee were, it had to be placed on the floor, a minor inconvenience.

The room decor throughout showed great attention to detail. The materials and colours were beautiful. refurbishment of rooms was good. Rooms were warm and clean. the bathroom was lovely.

The building has a lift, even in an historic building. private free off-street parking lot was available. i have limited mobility. I appreciated the lift, it provided easy access throughout the building.

The barman whipped up really good irish coffee and espresso martinis. the flaky, tender local salmon dinner with roasted vegetables was very satisfying. breakfast had four different options. They were all very good.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were most gracious. staff on duty were very pleasant. They provided prompt and attentive service. i felt welcomed and well cared for.

the location is tranquil, but there is some activity because the hotel has a restaurant and a bar. a lovely road runs along the sea, leading to the hotel. the hotel sits on the route along the giants causeway seaside.
