The noise levels were disruptive. Music continued past 1 AM despite stated hours. It also resumed early Sunday at 7 AM. The shower was lukewarm, and the towels provided were small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. drinks are amazing. they were reasonably priced. food was really good. the bed was very comfy. We slept like babies.

the kettle cable did not reach the table where the tea and coffee were, it had to be placed on the floor, a minor inconvenience.

The building has a lift, even in an historic building. private free off-street parking lot was available. i have limited mobility. I appreciated the lift, it provided easy access throughout the building.

The barman whipped up really good irish coffee and espresso martinis. the flaky, tender local salmon dinner with roasted vegetables was very satisfying. breakfast had four different options. They were all very good.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were most gracious. staff on duty were very pleasant. They provided prompt and attentive service. i felt welcomed and well cared for.

the location is tranquil, but there is some activity because the hotel has a restaurant and a bar. a lovely road runs along the sea, leading to the hotel. the hotel sits on the route along the giants causeway seaside.
