convenient location clean room thick towel
the location is perfect, especially when traveling to ireland by ferry. it is a short drive to the ferry port from the hotel. the rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and immaculate. the thick towels and a heated towel rail are provided in the bathroom.
i noticed a high turnover of staff. standards seem to vary.

breakfast is generous with full english options. the food was AMAZING!!! giles always prepares lovely meals, and there is so much choice. the bar staff are also pleasant.

ample parking is available on site. the rooms are new and fresh, offering a spacious environment. the hotel location is very useful for access to the ferry to ireland.

the staff were very accommodating, allowing me to check in late after my ferry arrived. the staff was helpful and friendly. jo always makes you feel welcome.

i stayed here for one night. the room was beautifully decorated , and it had a very comfy bed. the food was great and the bar had a friendly atmosphere.
the television did not work , which was annoying. there was a group outside that was talking loudly and shouting. this continued until quite late.

easy parking superb food warm room helpful staff
I found parking easily, a great bonus. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast was very tasty. i requested extra pillows and received them quickly. the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
The room was warm, but the main bedroom felt a bit cold. i slept really well.
