The staff member, indah, offered attentive service at the bar. The drinks had a nice flavor. The place felt calm and cozy. The staff were friendly, treating me like family. I appreciated their kindness.

The room had a light musty smell, perhaps intensified by the local humidity.

Mr norul gave good food and sisha and the bar made tasty drinks. I loved the best restaurant and the best location. Geeta offered an really good dining experience and flavorful dishes. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented, with spices perfectly balanced.

The staff offered wonderfully helpful and marvellous assistance, especially the breakfast team. Parvej and bhupandra are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them. Abi walked me through the menu with such clarity. His helpfulness created a perfect evening.

The location is excellent and quiet. It has excellent amenities and on-site restaurants. It's near the mall, and the rooms provide good privacy. The pool area is sunny all day and complimentary water is distributed often.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to the shopping center nearby.

My room lacked expected features for the price. The bathroom had a fixed shower head. Directing the water properly proved awkward. The minibar was empty upon arrival. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

aiza, my server, was super nice and cheerful!!! i learned i had a 30% discount because i stayed at the hotel. she applied it. the food was good and they are open late.

The ac can only cool the room. It kept cooling the room till i switched it off.
