easy parking good room gluten-free food
the staff was lovely i found the parking perfect the room was good i liked that the pub next door catered well for gluten free options the food there was really good it was a plus for me. i will come back. it was nice.

the hotel is located a few miles from the busy center easy tram access is available i really liked the location the highfield pub is next door so i had access to restaurants.

friendly staff early check-in comfortable bed
The pub staff were very friendly and allowed an early check-in. Our room was large and clean (I was very impressed). The bed was very comfortable and perfect after dinner in the pub. We also used a lounge area with fresh milk and Nespresso coffee before leaving.
Upon arrival, the code-operated door did not work. No one was on site for twenty minutes to provide a key (it was inconvenient).
