Charming Stay

amazing foodcustomer servicerude staff
I found the building beautiful and well maintained. Food service was amazing and my room was nice. The staff acted happy and professional, really making me feel special. I liked the great customer service, with just one exception among the team. I appreciated the spacious and well-furnished bedroom plus the complimentary tea and bathroom facilities.
My bedside light fixtures were off the wall. Plaster and fixings were visible. I had emailed twice, instead of posting a bad review to give a chance to fix the problem but I am still waiting for a resolution.
Location
9/10
The hotel is at the heart of the area and near to all places i wanted to visit. Check-in and check-out were really reasonable and easy. It offers convenient access to various points of interest.
Service
9/10
The hotel offered friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. One staff member checked me in and was lovely and very accommodating. Another younger girl served me at the restaurant and was also very lovely and accommodating.
Facilities
10/10
The hotel included a lovely bar area and the best ever breakfast was available. The rooms and restaurant are beautiful. They're cosy and modern. A rainfall shower worked very well.
