The shower was a real issue. The water temperature fluctuated wildly. It switched between freezing and scalding every few seconds. I wasted so much water trying to get a consistent temperature! It made showering take forever and was quite unpleasant. the bed was not very comfortable at all.

Acceptable stay with concerning issues

open door dirty carpets
The family room was spacious with two wardrobes, two TVs, a sofa, two chairs, a table, two single beds, and one double bed.
We stayed in the annex building (it was separate from the main hotel). I noticed the door to the annex was propped open. This seemed like a major security issue. The carpets looked disgustingly dirty. I could hear every conversation through the paper-thin walls. (It was quite annoying).
