Comfortable Glamping Getaway
high standard friendly staff quiet atmosphere
The evening meal was fantastic the food presentation achieved a very high standard. Staff proved friendly and accommodating. The site offered a nice quiet atmosphere with lots of surrounding wildlife and fruit trees.

damaged rug black mold
The room looked a bit tired. I saw a damaged rug with frayed strands. Black mold was present in the shower, that is a big no no! The toilet seat was also loose. Things like that should be addressed.

The breakfast was quite nice. It included a full English option. The room was clean upon arrival.
The chalet looked dated. The grounds seemed somewhat neglected. The chalet's window curtains were thin. I woke up early because of the light.

amazing stay!
english breakfast local fruit friendly staff
i had such a blast! the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast every morning was a full english. the room had free fruit from the local trees, a cool added bonus. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
the bathroom had a little mould in the shower. it will wipe off between the tiles with some bleach.

the location was good, especially for events at westonbirt arboretum. it isn't too far from the local village if you drive. it had unexpected glamping and camping.

the staff were polite, cute and helpful . ellie and the other staff were great and so efficient. the landlady was lovely, very warm and friendly.

the hotel has a bar and restaurant, both well thought out with log fires. the grounds were lovely to wander through. my chalet was set in a quiet spacious orchard.

Really good stay in a charming chalet

The chalet was indeed warm and inviting. Its comfortable bed and seating area were quite pleasant. The provision of a private parking space was very convenient. The accessibility to the pub via a pathway was a great feature.
I observed that the bathroom facilities were somewhat substandard. The cold shower operated on a short timer. This arrangement proved rather inconvenient during use.
