non-functional wifi upstairs noise
the location was good for getting to the cinema and tram stops nearby.
the wifi was not working and this was frustrating since i was travelling for business i could also hear noise from the room upstairs it made it hard to relax or focus on work.

hotel design comfortable bed good waffles
i like the hotel design. it is different from other hotels. the room was good with a very comfortable bed. breakfast included good waffles. the staff are always friendly and helpful.
the receptionist was not friendly upon arrival. she was rude and blunt. she said her shift was over so she was not serving people. this was a bad experience.

natural light uncomfortable stay
Honestly, i was pretty frustrated. the room faced the corridor. Curtains had to remain closed, preventing any natural light from entering. there wasn't proper ventilation either, so the room felt stuffy. it's a real issue when you pay for a room but feel trapped in it.

I appreciated the good location. It was around thirty minutes walking distance from the city center. staff members were nice and helpful at all times. the room was clean and cozy for my stay.
The majority of rooms lack windows. They only look into the middle area with the glass ceiling. i felt quite closed in as a result.

good breakfast local museums nice atmosphere unhappy receptionist outside window soft bed
The breakfast was good. I noticed the staff helped with directions to the local museums. The location had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast included a great pancake.
The receptionist looked not happy during my arrival. It seemed they had end her shift. I did see the rooms had no proper outside windows. The beds were very soft and made it hard to have good sleep.
