the owners were so cute and always asked if we needed anything, which i appreciated. our room was spacious and clean. the location was convenient, situated between the pleasure beach and central pier.
The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit, and the water pressure was not consistent. This made showering a little frustrating.

The hotel is close to the prom. It is a good location for families with many activities nearby. The hosts are very friendly. I was able to park at the hotel for £5 a day, this was good.
The building is old though the owners are VERY nice, but the rooms need a revamp.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfy (i slept like a log!). the hosts were lovely and cute. i was also able to park at the front and felt secure.
