the super nice team with recommendations for local spots. i really liked the central location it was very easy to walk to main attractions. breakfast was nice and i appreciated having that option.
my room only had one window facing another room so i had to keep the blinds closed constantly. the heating was stuck on too high and i couldn't adjust it myself. i saw some mould in the shower which was a bit disappointing.

The staff gave us a map IMMEDIATELY and walked us through all the best spots. They also gave excellent restaurant recommendations, which we LOVED. The location allowed us to walk almost everywhere. We got an upgrade to an apartment. It was REALLY spacious with high ceilings and a courtyard.

Breakfast included a continental style selection. Think toast, jams, fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheeses, and ham. Fresh juices and coffee were also available EVERY morning. The breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel had lovely styling and lots of little touches in a luxury setting. The reception area featured AMAZING decoration with tiles, reflective of the city's unique character. There were also complimentary coffee, tea, water, and sweets available 24/7.

The location is ideal, providing convenient access to many attractions within a short walk. The hotel sits around the corner from a Mercado plus loads of cafes. It also has a short hop from the bus station. The neighborhood felt nice.

The room offered good air conditioning with a comfy bed. The apartment had REALLY high ceilings and a courtyard area, offering a spacious feel. Everything you could think to need was provided, including a kitchenette and coffee machine.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to the center. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked the ability to make tea and coffee whenever I wanted.
The room was very dark. The air conditioning did not work. The room was very warm. I did not get enough light in the room, especially in the bathroom.

the room had tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby, very handy. i appreciated the regular shower head and a rain shower in the bathroom. shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were provided in the bathroom, a nice touch.
i noticed some sound from the street at night, it was a bit noisy.
