The location was convenient. Everything was within walking distance. the room included a fridge. This was very handy for storing drinks and snacks
My room had no windows to the outside. i felt a little trapped without any natural light. the staff could have been more helpful. Some of my requests went unanswered

I enjoyed the central location. It was easy to walk to many places. the room had a fridge. coffee and cookies, refilled. a café was very close, and a supermarket was nearby. the cathedral was also an easy walk.
my room lacked an exterior window. i missed seeing outside.

The reception offered twenty-four hour service. Staff were available at all times. they assisted with basic inquiries and directions. the hotel also provided luggage storage after checkout, very convenient.

the hotel featured clean and well-kept common areas. the architecture had character and a nice decor. a rooftop terrace was available , a plus!!!
