Wonderful stay with great food

I enjoyed the friendly and cute staff. The food was fantastic. I had a nice dining experience. The hotel was clean throughout. The view from my balcony WAS wonderful. The well chosen things and very comfortable.
I did find the steps to my bedroom very difficult. They were very steep. This made moving luggage a challenge. It impacted the overall convenience of my stay.

a mixed stay , i guess

small roomobscured view
the room , a 'superior king room', wasn't exactly spacious , despite the title. more like a standard king room squeezing into a superior's shoes , if you ask me. also , the promised view was partially obscured by what i suspect were strategically placed pigeons , or maybe they just like that particular ledge as much as i didn't like them.

efficient check-ingreat views
the staff proved friendly and efficient at check-in. the room had great views of the humber. i found parking easy, it was a real plus.
The breakfast was continental. I would have preferred a cooked option.
