The building was historic. the staff was friendly. i understand it is also a wedding venue. What a perfect place to marry. the food was good.

attractive building hospitable hosts expected standard stale crouton
i found the building attractive both inside and outside. the hosts were hospitable. everything about the stay was excellent. the food was freshly cooked and tasty, it was obviously good quality produce.
The place was in a beautiful setting and we had a lovely view. the service quality was great.

renovated country house excellent facilities beautiful grounds high price food portion low value
I really enjoyed the beautifully renovated country house. The facilities seemed excellent to me. The owners Kate and Jim were very hospitable. I appreciated the beautiful grounds.
Afternoon tea cost £30 per person, a bit much I think. The food tier was shared between 3 people and it was not enough. It seemed overpriced for what we actually got.

really good hotel great attention feather duvet poor food thick gravy stale crouton
the hotel was maintained. i noticed great attention to detail. the bath and shower were awesome and feather duvets were provided.
the food was very poor. it was not of the standard i expected. the soup was a thick gloopy gravy with a stale crouton.
