The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean. shared bathrooms were always clean and available. I had no wait. the water was hot!!!
The toilets were up and around some corridors. the shower rooms were even further away. the shower temperature was either scalding hot or freezing. There was no middle ground.

The television in the room was supposed to be a smart TV, but it kept logging me out. I could NOT use any of the smart features, annoying. the noise from the pub downstairs was quite loud. I COULD hear conversations and street noise too. the walls were thin.

The staff was very friendly!!! They really couldn't have been more helpful. Room facilities were good. A TV, kettle with a starter set of teas and coffees, and wardrobe hanging space were included. The location was excellent. It was just off the main square of the town.
The toilets were up and around corridors and the shower rooms were even further away.

i booked a single room, and it was tidy. a fridge was available in the room, i found it handy. the tv worked well. gilly, the owner, met me, and he knew who i was when i arrived.
the facilities are not ensuite but that was clear before i booked.

parking on the street was EASY. the pub below had a lively atmosphere, i enjoyed the pizza night. it was a short drive to the david attenborough nature reserve, about twelve minutes only.

I easily parked across from the pub. It's really handy. gilly, the owner, met me right away and had my room ready. my single bedroom above the pub was so nice. the bedding was clean. Fresh towels were available too.
