Excellent Location and Comfortable Room

The hotel's location next to the river lock was AMAZING!!! I found it to be a short walk to the town center. My room was clean, spacious, and had great character. I was very grateful for the private parking. It made everything so much easier.

The hotel provides private parking, convenient. The hotel also sits right next to a working lock. This provides a scenic view and opportunities for walks along the river, I found this very relaxing.

The room included a very good shower with instant hot water. There was also plenty of tea and coffee provided. This was a nice touch. The bed was comfy, I could sleep all day.

The location was good, close to many attractions.
The room was smaller than I expected, and it got quite hot during the night. The price didn't feel right for just a room. I would have expected more for that price. The toilet seat was also broken.
