The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was AMAZING!!! The location was perfect for exploring the countryside around the village. We received a welcome basket with goodies in our room, a really nice touch.
The room was quite small. The WiFi wasn't available in the rooms. The room needed a bit of updating, like a fresh coat of paint.

Lovely Cotswolds Stay
welcome basket professional staff
Our room featured a welcome basket. It included several treats and gave a nice touch. The staff made this place special. Everyone was happy to talk and professional. I especially enjoyed the restaurant food, the breakfast was lovely too.
Our room was very small. It needed updating with a refresh of paint. I found the lack of available WiFi in the rooms inconvenient, it needs to be fixed.

Tracy worked hard throughout our stay. She ensured we had everything we needed. She provided additional local area information and advice too. The male staff gave us a hand carrying suitcases up to our room.

The staff addressed my sesame allergy with excellent detail during dinner. They confirmed the chicken seasoning contained sesame oil. I got a choice of breakfast table while eating dinner. It. One morning, the waitress turned on the fire at breakfast. I had only inquired about its operation the prior evening at dinner. The steak I ate both nights was tender. The cooking was perfect, and the taste was delicious. I also recommend the avocado and smoked salmon on sourdough bread.
My room was very close to the store cupboard. I was awakened early by deliveries on more than one occasion.

The room was small. the floor was quite squeaky. It had a cheap wall-to-wall carpet. i waited for a couple of hours for the room to get warm. the bathroom was small.
