luxurious stay with amazing food

the check-in process was smooth , and my room was clean. i found the food to be very nice . the staff were amazing, providing complimentary champagne upon arrival. i was quite happy about that.
i experienced some confusion regarding the deposit system. i found out that guests determine the deposit amount instead of a set charge. this.

the restaurant offered very good quality food , accommodating my specific dietary requirements. the breakfast buffet featured lots of variety and included a la carte hot breakfast options, which i really enjoyed. the mango juice stood out.

the room was well furnished , with a nespresso coffee machine and a water boiler. complimentary water bottles were provided . i found it useful that the toilet was separate from the bathroom.

once i walked into the hotel, it seemed like home because of the welcome at reception. i received lemon fragrance wipes, a glass of champagne, and big friendly smiles. the staff was excellent. i really appreciate such attentiveness.
The room didn't look properly cleaned. I saw crumbs and pieces of meat on the floor. it seemed these were possibly from the previous guest, but they were not cleaned. this oversight detracted from the overall experience.

the rooms were spacious, and the sheets were exquisite, with a king-size bed provided. extra touches like the sliding door between the bedroom and a huge soaking tub enhanced the luxurious feel. i found the rooms particularly homely.

The gym had modern equipment, including multiple dining options on site, which i found convenient. the pool amenities were available . i visited in winter so did not use the outside pool. the extensive spa was a highlight.

the service was excellent, with the staff consistently friendly and cute, always available. minor issues in my room were addressed quickly, demonstrating their responsiveness. their teamwork and attentiveness.

the hotel is situated near a golf course, offering convenient access for golf enthusiasts. its location suited my needs because it allowed for easy access to other amenities. it felt integrated with living space.
