The airport shuttle was free and helpful. It eliminated travel concerns. The staff were friendly and addressed my questions quickly! i really appreciated the room size. It was big and comfortable.
The hotel bar tried to overcharge me adding extra drinks to the bill. I recommend carefully reviewing every charge.

The shuttle service was punctual, , Made traveling to and from the airport simple. the family room had a bath and a separate shower. This was convenient.
only one plug in the room was working, made charging devices difficult. the lights did not work properly despite informing housekeeping, AND no action was taken.
