some issues
light switch malfunctionsheating problem
the room upgrade was, frankly , underwhelming. i faced light switch malfunctions and a non-functional electrical socket in the bathroom. even more annoying , the ac seemed stuck on heating. dealing with guest relations felt pointless , as they offered no real solutions , just empty promises about an engineer who never materialized.

The rose petals in my upgraded suite were a romantic touch, they knew exactly how to set the mood for our anniversary. i was so delighted to find such thoughtfulness in every detail. It reminded me of a dream come true. breakfast was delicious. The staff were gracious and always ready to assist.
the valet parking was a bit slow during peak hours! i occasionally had to wait a few extra minutes for my car.

I am very grateful for the wonderful experience. The level of service was great. I want to thank Mr Rami, the restaurant manager. Breakfast was amazing, and the room was very good.
The front desk staff seemed a bit robotic. I got conflicting information about the executive lounge.

The breakfast was amazing I found lots of variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great a short taxi ride gets you to the center.
The bathroom hand shower was too low I had some difficulty using it. The tub was very deep getting in and out was a bit of a challenge. The room was not cleaned one day I was missing towels when I returned.

The staff offered generous hospitality. I found their cute approach pleasing. Check-in was super smooth, even late at night after a long journey. I received a nice room upgrade. I appreciated it very much. All my prior requests were met before arrival.
The gym equipment was slightly outdated. Some machines showed wear.
