hotel cleanliness attentive staff great location
I liked the hotel's cleanliness. Everything felt fresh. the staff were attentive and quick with requests. the location made it easy to access nearby attractions and public transport.
The in-room coffee machine was absent. A minor inconvenience.

i found numerous restaurants nearby. there were several options, though the hotel lacked its own dining facilities. i easily found diverse cuisines close by, that suited my preferences.

missing points unexplained charge
the hotel location was acceptable because it was close to grand central with access to metro lines.
i booked a room under my ihg account, but they did not give me the points. the hotel also charged my friend after check-out for mini-bar use, even though the fridge was empty. this issue were never addressed or explained.

faulty air conditioning missing amenities
the staff were helpful and friendly so that was acceptable.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to cool it properly. also the hotel lacked amenities. I expected at least a small coffee maker in the room. it was like a basic experience, not what i anticipate from a hotel of this supposed rating.
