functional fridge small market train station
the room was a standard double room. the room included a functional fridge and a small food market was available. it was close to the train station.
the gym is on the smaller side.

poor lighting self-service breakfast
okay, so the lighting in the room WAS abysmal. i was like i was perpetually stuck in twilight, which, frankly, isn't cute. there were like, two dim lights near the entrance and nada near the closet so finding anything in my suitcase required a flashlight. also, and i mean REALLY, the self-service market breakfast thing was not my cup of tea. i want to be waited on, people, not forage for my own croissants.

spacious room central location
the room was quite spacious. the location is central and near transportation hubs such as centraal station (i walked there).
the bathroom lacked heating, a bit cold.

Fancy high rooms with minor hiccups
helpful staff extra pillow cool decor
The staff were very helpful. They looked up bus times and suggested good local restaurants. The bed was comfy and there was an extra pillow. The decor is cool and the TV had some UK channels.
I did notice a blood stain on the wall. I asked for housekeeping help. There was no offer to change the room. Nobody cleaned the stain. It was not great.
