Harbor Views and Anniversary Bliss

Upon arrival, I received a room upgrade to a beautiful terrace room. The upgrade coincided wonderfully with my anniversary. The room provided views of the harbor. I enjoyed the enormous, comfortable bed.

The hotel room suffered from a dirty carpet and I spotted spots. There were many mosquitos present in room. The shower and toilet lacked doors, thus opening directly into the room.

The breakfast offers many choices and generous servings. I did notice the dining staff helped guests get food and tea. I found Gauchos to be within walking distance and a restaurant to book reservations at, if I return.

i loved the super close tram station. getting to the central spots was easy, just five stops! the food hall was a total win, offering endless delicious choices. our room was super clean, and finding a hairdryer was a lifesaver, totally convenient for travel.

it reminded me of chatting with a robot rather than a real person. it definitely made handling requests a bit tricky and impersonal, wish it was more straightforward.

The location was very convenient, with an Albert Heijn right next door for any needs. I found many stores and restaurants within a comfortable walking distance. The room had a great layout and included several useful amenities. The spacious balcony was a plus.

I noticed some stains on the headboard and the carpet. The room seemed like it needed more attention, particularly regarding cleanliness. The pillows were too thick, hard to sleep well the first night.
