i found the room lovely and super clean. we really enjoyed having a big bathtub in the bedroom and living room area! the bathroom was fine, too. the bed provided a comfy experience and gave us a real home-feeling.
the room was freezing upon my arrival. i complained about the cold, i was informed about an electric heater in the wardrobe. i expected the heating to be already active given the price i paid for the night.

mixed experience, noise and light issues

the studio apartment was lovely and breakfast was quite good.
the brightest green emergency exit light inside my room lit it up like a disco, there was no way of turning it off or down and i didn't see it until the lights went off. the hotel wasnt manned and i didn't bother calling them as it was hard wired, what could they do? i also had to sleep with my sunglasses on.

the hotel location is very central it is close to town centre attractions. the room was clean and spacious with a big modern bathroom. i appreciated the parking space available , made arrival smooth.
the hotel lacks a human presence at times a clear clarification on this aspect would enhance guest expectations. i missed having facilities like a bar or lounge on-site to unwind after a long day of work.

the room was clean upon arrival, it felt very inviting. i appreciated the spacious layout of the standard double room. the breakfast had a great variety and the staff were attentive during the meal.
I had some trouble with the tv remote. The batteries seemed low.

the room was quite warm, even with the fan provided. i couldn't adjust the temperature, a major inconvenience (especially since i prefer cooler rooms). also, the self-check-in process was a bit impersonal. i missed having a staff member present to answer questions about local amenities or to assist with luggage.
