charmed by this place
smooth check-in spacious room drink vouchers good value
check in was smooth and cute. my room was very nice, clean and spacious. i received two complementary drink vouchers when i arrived. the bar area was lovely i think. all these things were good value.
the lift made some noise at night, it slightly disturbed my sleep.

the room was a standard twin room. breakfast was particularly good with a nice touch of the pancake maker.
my room was quite hot, and the hotel did not have air conditioning. there were no curtains, and this meant that there was daylight in the room from 3 am

a nice hotel stay
spacious room comfortable bed central location
i found the room spacious with a comfortable bed and appreciated the hot water availability. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the bar menu provided ample choices. its central location was convenient for exploring. i found the staff friendly and helpful .
The tv in my room didn't work! i had to wait for maintenance. This was inconvenient as i was getting ready to go out. later, i discovered the fault affected all tvs in the hotel. this meant the room change was unnecessary, frustrating.

The room included nice fluffy towels and a decent wardrobe. I found the bed comfortable. I also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and tasty.

broken tiles malfunctioning blinds
the breakfast was acceptable.
The bathroom was not good. Broken tiles were evident. additionally, the blinds did not function correctly, preventing adequate darkness in the room. i found this quite problematic.
