good food village access
the staff were polite. the food was good. i appreciated having access to other villages from that location.
The service at breakfast was a bit slow. It took a while to get my cooked breakfast.

Really good Cotswolds Stay
great variety super clean room refurbished bar friendly team
The menu offered great variety, catering to many tastes. Our room named Stow was super clean. The recently refurbished bar and restaurant looked great. The entire team was friendly I appreciated their helpful attitude.
The parking was limited. I was still able to find a spot on both days.

The staff worked hard sharing duties between the bar and the restaurant to ensure every guest had what they needed, and their dedication was quite evident. I received prompt and attentive service . The reception staff were cute and helpful.

the bar area felt spacious. i found the cooked breakfast quite nice. the room was comfortable. i appreciated that the hotel is very dog friendly.
the shower in the room was difficult to control.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room disorganized breakfast
the room was very clean, which i appreciated.
The inn looked charming, but the room felt quite small. i also found the breakfast a bit disorganized. My request for soft boiled eggs was not met, and they arrived hard boiled without egg cups or a teaspoon. it was disappointing, especially considering the price.

nice shower comfortable bed faulty door constant noise
I had a standard double room. The room included a nice shower and comfortable bed. I enjoyed that the hotel allowed dogs, It creates a cute environment.
The bathroom door did not shut well and got stuck sometimes. It was a problem. there was some sort of machine next to my room so there was noise ALL night.
