cozy room and great staff

the staff displayed thoughtfulness. the food was excellent with well prices. the location was perfect for traveling to other parts of cotswolds. i liked the complimentary beer offered in the room. room was very clean with plenty of tea.
the bathroom felt small. also, the carpark was small.

Excellent Experience at the Pub Hotel
fresh milklocal alethoughtful touches
The manager greeted us so warmly and showed us to our room. He also asked if we wanted fresh milk for tea. I found that so thoughtful. Complimentary mini-brownies and a bottle of local ale were provided, SO lovely.

i really appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness . the room was lovely and very clean.. it had complimentary water. i thought the beer was a very generous touch.
i noticed the room needed some decorating, specifically there was chipped paint in several places. i also found that the shower tray leaked slightly, a bit of an inconvenience.

the staff were friendly and a young bartender personally showed us to our room, offering really good customer service. they made the arrival process seamless. the team is efficient.
