mostly positive experience
friendly staff good food excellent breakfast hot room noisy road poor sleep
the staff were very friendly. the food on offer was very good. the breakfast was excellent. car parking at the rear provided direct access to the structure.
the room was very hot. this meant i had to open the window. it was very noisy as it's off the main road. i did not sleep very well.

immaculate room great location friendly staff pastry selection
My room was immaculate, with attention to detail evident throughout. The location was ideal, placing me in the heart of everything. Arnold was particularly friendly. The breakfast options were great (especially the pastries!).
I did notice a small stain on the carpet in one corner of the room.

cozy room and great staff
friendly staff complimentary beer perfect location
the staff displayed thoughtfulness. the food was excellent with well prices. the location was perfect for traveling to other parts of cotswolds. i liked the complimentary beer offered in the room. room was very clean with plenty of tea.
the bathroom felt small. also, the carpark was small.

Excellent Experience at the Pub Hotel
fresh milk local ale thoughtful touches
The manager greeted us so warmly and showed us to our room. He also asked if we wanted fresh milk for tea. I found that so thoughtful. Complimentary mini-brownies and a bottle of local ale were provided, SO lovely.

i really appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness . the room was lovely and very clean.. it had complimentary water. i thought the beer was a very generous touch.
i noticed the room needed some decorating, specifically there was chipped paint in several places. i also found that the shower tray leaked slightly, a bit of an inconvenience.
