friendly staffeasy check-inexcellent servicemissing luggage stand
The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness consistently. The check-in process was streamlined, with provided details regarding the hotel facilities. Michael's service was excellent. He displayed care and enthusiasm in his role. I will book another stay.
The room lacked a luggage stand for placing suitcases. This omission seemed incongruous with the room's price point. I felt this absence of a basic amenity was something they could EASILY rectify.

Excellent stay

friendly staffexcellent breakfastlarge roomfree parking
The staff were very friendly and professional. I found the breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant excellent. My room and bathroom were large, very clean, and included large fluffy towels. Complimentary water was a nice bonus, also there was plenty of free parking available if you register your car.
I noticed the mirror above the basin wasn't heated (a very minor thing).
Location

The hotel offers a quiet location (I slept very well). It is convenient, surprisingly nearby a Sainsbury's, should you need anything quickly, and free parking is provided for all guests.
Facilities
9/10
The rooms have usb sockets next to the bed, this is very convenient. Each room includes a full-size mirror and an adjustable desk lamp, this can be useful for makeup application. Bathrobes are provided.
Service
10/10
The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The team helped us to set up early, even labelling the food for allergies which gave us peace of mind. The admin side was very smooth.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered lots of egg options cooked on request. I found this very convenient. The option to have breakfast packed for takeaway is available for those busy mornings (great if you need to rush!).
