the staff was friendly and helpful. the shower was hot, and it had a great shower head. dinner was amazing, and the service was great, i ate everything.
the floor in my room weren't vacuumed before i arrived. the tv don't worked in my room, it was a problem. the heating didn't turn on till 8am, i woke up very cold.

inadequate heatingcold room
the heating was a notable problem. it was inadequate, dropping to unacceptable temperatures overnight. i found the room very cold and this clearly impacted my overall experience. i informed the staff upon departure, expecting some investigation.

The room was spacious, and it included a very comfortable bed. The food and drink options were great, and I especially enjoyed the local ales. The staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions to nearby attractions.
My room was located near the entrance, so it was a bit noisy at times. The wifi signal was WEAK in my room though it worked well in the lobby. I also noticed that some of the furniture looked worn.

mixed feelings about my stay
faulty heatingnon-functional tv
the room they gave me was not great. the promised underfloor heating never actually worked. i had to use a tiny space heater to get the room temp to a somewhat acceptable level. also, the tv didn't work, and they just had a satellite dish sitting outside. it, honestly.
