The reception staff was GREAT and very helpful. I appreciated the high-quality service from everyone. The pool area was lovely (i really enjoyed relaxing there!).
The self-closing doors SLAMMED shut very loudly. I noticed odd smells in the halls and rooms, a bit off-putting. The public areas seemed quite tired.
