pool area cleanliness changing area freezing lodge cold bed
the pool area was amazing it was also very modern and very clean. changing areas were great they had everything i needed
the lodge was freezing cold on arrival that was disappointing when traveling. it took all night on the friday to heat the lodge beds were freezing too

a decent stay
equipped lodge board game heated flooring cold lodge high bill freezing bed
the lodge was well equipped. i found board games, jigsaws, and playing cards. heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch.
on arrival, the lodge was freezing cold. it took all night on friday to heat the place. the electric bill at the end was also ridiculously high.

clean lodge helpful staff comfortable beds
I stayed in a super clean american style lodge. It accommodated two adults and two children comfortably. Facilities supported self catering very well. Staff were helpful. i found the beds super comfortable. the location was amazing and offered a relaxing escape.
the lack of initial notification regarding metered electricity was unexpected.

The two bedroom lodge was fully equipped to a high standard of fitments. Kitchen equipment, crockery, and glassware were of good quality. Bedding and towels felt luxurious.

the location proved ideal for both relaxation and outdoor activities. proximity to local amenities made it convenient. the setting amongst the trees created a serene environment.

Staff contacted me before arrival to confirm details and offer assistance. Their kindness was notable. they showed a high degree of helpfulness throughout my stay. brunch was of good value and quality.

charmed by my stay!
spacious lodge en-suite bathroom sparkling pool modern amenities
The lodge felt spacious, perfect for our family. we especially liked having two en-suite bathrooms. It made mornings so much easier. the pool area was sparkling clean and modern, i must say. it was a pleasant surprise to have all those facilities so well maintained!!!
the only small hiccup was that we weren't told about the electricity usage being metered upon arrival.

the restaurant on site has a decent variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i noticed the bar area had a nice buzz about it in the evenings. i would say this is a real plus.

ample space modern area
the two bedroom lodge offered ample space and cleanliness was a priority they maintained super clean bathrooms and bedrooms i found this excellent the pool area also stood out it was modern and very clean complete with great changing areas that provided everything needed
the upstairs living areas could use a little modernisation
