charming stay
delicious breakfast many options central location quiet area
the breakfast was delicious with many options. i enjoyed the full scottish breakfast. the location was central and quiet. it was a short walk to both the city centre and the shoreline.
wifi signal was weak in my room. i found it difficult to connect at times

dust bunnies underwhelming breakfast
The on-site parking was definitely a plus (always a win!).
The room showed a lack of thorough cleaning. I spotted quite a few dust bunnies clinging to the ceiling. Breakfast was underwhelming. It seemed like minimal effort was put into it, and the options were limited.

warm room tea facilities breakfast selection
check in felt simple. the room was warm and i could make tea. i had a breakfast sandwich for the road. the selection at breakfast felt above and beyond.
the wifi didn't reach the room.

breakfast includes cooked-to-order items. there is great homemade local breakfast. i tried the breakfast sandwich and it was a sweet touch, especially with the early start, a lovely moment.

a GREAT stay
clean room adequate space real filter coffee very nice hosts
the room was clean, adequate and quite. I had a working hairdryer. breakfast was REALLY good. The hosts were very nice and helpful.
Wifi was NOT available in my room.

Wonderful stay
parking area family room outdoor activities cooked breakfast
The parking area in front of the building was useful. The ensuite family room was comfortable. It felt great to return after a day of outdoor activities. The cooked breakfast the next day was REALLY lovely.
The mattress on the bed wasn't firm enough for MY liking.

Our room featured an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The room also included fresh towels and linen. It had ample space for luggage and personal belongings (a real plus for a family).

The hosts were friendly and cute. They were attentive to our needs and requests. Staff allowed us to use their facilities, very nice of them. The breakfast service was prompt and efficient.

The location proved convenient. It was about five minutes from the seafront. This made access to local attractions easy. The guest house offered close proximity to the town center and beach.
