Really good stay!
wonderful teamlighting designhealthy options
The team was wonderful (Olga and Tetiana were so friendly!). I really loved the lighting design. The breakfast was awesome with many healthy options.

super friendly stay!
heated tilesfizzy drinkkind gesture
the staff greeted me so warmly during check-in with complimentary coffee i thought it was so nice. the room included floor heated tiles in the bathroom that was a great bonus. i received a complimentary bottle of fizzy drink for a birthday celebration, it was such a kind gesture.
the minibar prices were slightly higher than i anticipated.

this hotel boasts a great location with easy access to many attractions by foot. it's about a fifteen minute walk to central landmarks which makes it easy to see many things. several cafes and restaurants are nearby.

the hotel includes stream services on tv which i found to be a nice extra touch. coffee and drinks were available at no cost to me. i always saw the lobby clean and ready .

SOME issues need ATTENTION
serving tongslimited seating
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing , particularly because of the lack of serving tongs. Guests used the same tongs for multiple dishes , which is unhygienic. There was minimal staff attention during breakfast . Options were not explained and barista-style coffee was not offered. The lobby had very limited seating , often feeling crowded and difficult to enjoy.

Decent Stay, but Details Missed the Mark
insufficient tongsbright thermostat light
The breakfast setup was far from ideal. There were not enough serving tongs. This meant guests had to reuse the same utensils across multiple dishes. I found it unhygienic, especially for those with allergies. I also noticed a bright blue light on the thermostat shone directly onto the bed. It was impossible to turn off. I tried covering it, but it barely helped, and it made sleeping difficult.

The staff was very helpful. Maria provided really good hospitality (I felt very welcomed). The hotel kept everything very clean and tidy. I also found the hotel's design aesthetic appealing.
