The location was indeed very central. Reaching both public transport and the high street was easy. i found the staff cute and friendly, a big plus. the large, fluffy, white towels were a nice touch. i also appreciated the hairdryer and toiletries that were provided. Very convenient.
i noticed the shower took a while to warm up! and the water pressure could be stronger.

the team addressed my questions positively. friendly service was present upon arrival. staff took the time to show the after-hours access route . check-out was quick and straightforward.

The room was well-furnished. it was also nicely decorated. refreshments were plentiful. the bed looked very inviting with its big, white fluffiness. I slept well that night.

the staff was friendly and very helpful! i could access my room early, which i appreciated. the hotel was open when i returned late, so i could grab a drink. my partner enjoyed talking with the staff for a long time.
There was only one large towel provided. I wanted tea, but there were only coffee bags.
