the staff printed a required document without hesitation that was very convenient. the carpark located right next door allowed easy access. the majestic cafe stood out with its excellent breakfasts and great coffee. it offered a pleasant start to each day .
i noticed the billing process could be improved as there were some incorrect charges on my room account that needed correction during checkout.

the room included an additional sink with a tap that provided added convenience. a microwave located outside the bathroom was practical for making hot drinks. individual air conditioning allowed temperature control within the room.

the hotel restaurant offered food even early in the morning. the tablet provided easy access for placing orders. the food was delicious and reasonably priced making it accessible for all guests.

the hotel is located about a kilometer from the central business district. hagley park is close by providing outdoor recreational opportunities. both areas are easily accessible on foot allowing for convenient exploration.

all reception staff displayed courteous and helpful behavior. natasha helped book local tours and taxis for convenient transportation. her recommendations for taking the bus to gondola and new brighton were wonderful.

decent stay with billing ISSUES
excellent restaurantbilling processincorrect charges
The hotel's restaurant provided excellent service and the staff seemed WELL trained.
The billing process was REALLY messy. Our room received incorrect charges for several items. I had to spend time sorting it out, frustrating. It meant I had to double-check EVERYTHING before departure. I hate things like that.

The room offered excellent amenities. Several restaurants were close by. I recommend this hotel.
The billing process had some issues. My room was incorrectly charged for several items. Double-checking the bill is necessary. This is my only complaint.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was great (I loved the bath products!). I had room service for breakfast one day, and it was really good. The staff were pretty good too.
My room was incorrectly charged for multiple items, so I had to double-check the bills.
