The hotel has a library. Guests are invited to sit and have coffee there. The location is very picturesque. It sits near the Botanical Gardens and a food hub. The staff were great expectations , which I appreciated very much. I received a warm welcome when I arrived late at night.

The location was a quick five minute walk to restaurants. complimentary teas and coffee in the lobby was available. the surrounding buildings were beautiful. I could see that immediately. it was kept clean .
the staff could have been friendlier. i felt the pastry and protein choices at breakfast needed improving. it was disappointing, but not a big deal.

The building holds historical significance and is well-preserved. The setting is beautiful and peaceful near the botanical gardens. The beds are super comfy. The hotel is close to the gardens.
The receptionist also filled the role of porter. That was not very comfortable, and I had to wait
