Historic Charm and Great Service
hotel library picturesque location helpful staff warm welcome
The hotel has a library. Guests are invited to sit and have coffee there. The location is very picturesque. It sits near the Botanical Gardens and a food hub. The staff were pretty good expectations , which I appreciated very much. I received a warm welcome when I arrived late at night.

The hotel provides free tea, coffee, and cookies twenty-four hours a day. In the mornings, guests can enjoy a hot mocha to go. This service added to the overall convenience.

The building itself is fine. The structure has been well thought out. There is also a main room available to sit and relax. A tea and coffee machine is available.

quick walk lobby coffee clean visit
The location was a quick five minute walk to restaurants. complimentary teas and coffee in the lobby was available. the surrounding buildings were beautiful. I could see that immediately. it was kept clean .
the staff could have been friendlier. i felt the pastry and protein choices at breakfast needed improving. it was disappointing, but not a big deal.

24 hour coffee availability was fantastic. the staff were knowledgeable and attentive, i noticed. special requests, such as printing and scanning, were fulfilled quickly.

peaceful setting comfy beds historical significance
The building holds historical significance and is well-preserved. The setting is beautiful and peaceful near the botanical gardens. The beds are super comfy. The hotel is close to the gardens.
The receptionist also filled the role of porter. That was not very comfortable, and I had to wait
