The hotel has a library. Guests are invited to sit and have coffee there. The location is very picturesque. It sits near the Botanical Gardens and a food hub. The staff were great expectations , which I appreciated very much. I received a warm welcome when I arrived late at night.

The location was a quick five minute walk to restaurants. complimentary teas and coffee in the lobby was available. the surrounding buildings were beautiful. I could see that immediately. it was kept clean .
the staff could have been friendlier. i felt the pastry and protein choices at breakfast needed improving. it was disappointing, but not a big deal.
