the room offered a balcony with ample space it overlooked a tranquil garden the king size bed was large it ensured restful nights the room also featured a walk in shower with strong water pressure toiletries were generously provided. the rooftop pool had a bar for refreshing drinks towels were readily available near the pool there were also bean bags available for seating. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods and juices catering to various preferences. the hotel gym had a good range of equipment i was able to maintain my workout routine.
the mini fridge in the room required a request to be connected before i could use it.

the rooftop restaurant served both local and foreign dishes i especially enjoyed the dinner service there were plenty of food options nearby and several cafes could be reached within a short distance from the hotel.

the hotel is situated at the entrance to the main area a short walk took me to a lovely beach where i could enjoy water sports it also made access to shops and nearby restaurant complexes easy and convenient.

The staff offered a welcome drink upon my arrival. The air conditioning was already on in my room. It kept the room cool. The bathroom included soap and toothpaste.
There was limited seating at the rooftop pool. Only six chairs were available, and one WAS broken. The pool stained our swimsuits. The housekeeping charged a fee to clean them.

i found the staff consistently helpful. they assisted with transport efficiently at the front desk. the breakfast included nice indonesian options, it also had variety for westerners. the rooftop pool offered a magical experience, especially swimming during rain.
The noise from people in the hallway did bother me. Soundproofing seemed minimal.
