limited tea selection stuffy room
the room i was initially given felt a bit stuffy. the air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. also, the selection of teas in the room was limited. i prefer a wider variety of herbal options and only basic black tea was available. i was also a little disappointed by the limited availability of parking nearby. finding a spot on the street required a bit of patience.

basic selection broken fridge
The breakfast selection was pretty basic. i expected more variety considering the price i paid. The mini fridge in my room also didn't work properly. it was turned on, but nothing inside got cold. i wanted to chill some drinks, but it was useless.

amazing seafront stay
wrapped chocolates bottled water
audrey, the manager, provided a warm welcome. the room featured thoughtful amenities such as individually wrapped chocolates and complimentary bottled water. fluffy bath towels and charmingly labelled toiletries added to the experience. breakfast included views of the seafront.
the location on a busy road created noise issues. there were no plug sockets next to the bed. the mini fridge did not work properly.

breakfast was served in a lovely room overlooking the seafront providing a perfect start to the day. the menu was extensive even for the fussiest eaters. the presentation of food was faultless.

the team was attentive throughout my stay making me feel at home. audrey was warm friendly and accommodating addressing every request. the staff were pretty good too ensure i had a comfortable experience.

the room was spacious and bright with both blinds and curtains. it included a ceiling fan and a good-sized television. amenities included tea coffee water biscuits and chocolate replenished daily throughout the stay.
