Acceptable stay with some shortcomings
poor directions frustration upon arrival
the room was of a reasonable size and well-kept.
the directions to the hotel were quite poor. i relied on a sat nav, it still proved difficult to locate the entrance (even with the postcode entered). this caused unnecessary frustration upon arrival. i expected better signage, especially considering the scale of the hotel.

ample space clean pool tasty options
the grounds offered ample space for walks , and i particularly enjoyed the clean pool after a day of travel. the breakfast had tasty options. the staff were helpful.

the staff were helpful. i enjoyed the complimentary refreshments around the hotel. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i appreciated the spacious room and lovely bathroom.
i had a slight issue finding the location.

friendly staff good shower breakfast options
i found the staff friendly and helpful which i appreciated. the room was a good size and had a great shower. i also liked that breakfast had many options available
i did find it a little hard to find even with a sat nav

spacious room comfortable room pleasant grounds really good staff
I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of my room. The grounds were pleasant to walk through, and I found the food to be quite good. All of the staff were really good and provided excellent service .
I found it slightly hard to find the place , even when typing the postcode into my sat nav.
