i found the arrival service quite excellent. the room presented itself as clean and modern. homemade cookies in the room were a really nice touch. the garden was pleasant, so i sat to have a drink there. the staff were cute and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.
The room I had was directly above the kitchen. I was woken up early each morning by loud noises. It sounded like pots and pans being thrown around. (Honestly, it was quite startling.) The noise started around 6 AM. It made it difficult to sleep in.

the room was spacious, and every detail seemed meticulously arranged. the evening meal was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the generous breakfast menu. the staff were friendly throughout my stay. they were helpful and quick to answer any question i had.
there was a slight bit of noise coming from the bar, though it stopped completely when it closed.

The room was spacious. The bed felt comfortable. The shower was easy to operate. The garden was well laid out with paths and yew hedges.
The hotel is sited on the corner of a very busy crossroads. The traffic noise was intrusive, particularly when I opened the windows. The cold breakfast was disappointing (an odd range of foods). It looked unappetising.
